Hey everyone! Welcome back to What are you up to during the Lockdown??
It’s the 1st of December, and the festive season has begun! December just brings with it a whirpool of emotions. The excitement, happiness and joy in meeting and celebrating with our family, the nostalgia while remembering our favourite moments and memories we made throughout the year, and a little bit of sadness at how the year went by so quickly.
Since the Blogmas season has begun, let’s get into this festive mood and celebrate every day!
Today’s Blogmas topic is:
What does Christmas mean to you?
Instead of writing a huge paragraph on what Christmas means to me, I’ll be sharing a particular thing that I like about Christmas starting with the letters of the word: Christmas!
C – Christmas spirit!
The Christmas spirit is such a joyous one, and one that brings a smile to everyone’s face. It’s one of my favourite things about it!
H – Happiness!
To me, Christmas means Happiness. Meeting friends and family, enjoying with them, spending time together is the best thing ever!
R – Really exciting!
Everything about Christmas is exciting, from the food, to the snow, to the Christmas tree and most importantly the presents!
I – Illuminating!
The Christmas lights everywhere really are illuminating! The bright lights spread positivity everywhere!
S – So much fun!
The season of Christmas is always so much fun whether it’s the snowman being built outside, the gingerbread house in the kitchen or the secret santa gifts under the tree!
T – Totally unique!
Every festival is unique, and Christmas is no exception!
M – Magical!
Everything about Christmas is magical, from the seemingly waving snowman to the dancing snowflakes!
A – Amazing!
It’s truly amazing to see everyone come together, especially all friends and family, especially those whom you haven’t seen in a long time.
S – Snow!
Christmas and snow are just perfect together!
